VEHICLE INFORMATION / MAKLUMAT KENDERAAN

Document images must contain the following information / Gambar dokumen mesti mengandungi maklumat yang berikut:

- Name of Owner / Nama pemilik
- Car Model / Model kenderaan
- Registration No. / Nombor pendaftaran kenderaan
- Manufacturing Date / Tahun dibuat
- Expiry Date & Policy Type / Tarikh tamat tempoh insurans dan jenis polisi
- All Riders Policy if driver is not the vehicle owner / Polisi semua penunggang (all riders) jika pemandu bukan pemilik kenderaan

AUTHORISATION UNDER PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010 ("PDPA 2010") and Credit Reporting Agency Act 2010 ("CRA Act 2010")
