Be assured that your information will not be used for purposes other than order processing, and will not be shared to anyone other than Bun Nana.

Hi! You're a few steps away from enjoying your baked goodies at home! These homemade pastries are guaranteed baked fresh everyday. To ensure quality, we will only be accepting limited slots per day. :)

1. Fill out the order form below to place your order for your intended date of pick-up/ delivery.

2. Once your orders are confirmed, we will send your invoice with total amount to settle and payment instructions to your E-MAIL. Ensure that the orders placed are correct through the invoice e-mail that will be sent. 

3. Check your payment due date. Send us a screenshot/ proof of payment for your orders via Instagram/ FB messenger. If payment has not been settled within the given due date, we will still try to contact you. If we do not receive any response, your order will be FORFEITED.

4. We will advise you once your order/s are ready for pick-up. Please take note of the schedule you've chosen.

SHIPPING

All products are for pick-up only. You may choose to book a third party courier service to pick-up the orders for you. Please take note of the time and date of pick-up you chose. Please standby during those hours so we can contact you. We arrange your deliveries on the day itself and would want to avoid dispatching the orders too late in the day. Please wait for our message confirmation that your orders are ready before booking your courier of choice.

Don't forget to send the following details to us to avoid misdelivery:
- Courier service booked (Grab/ Lalamove/ Mr. Speedy/ Angkas/ Joyride etc.)
- Name of rider
