Content partner vs Standard organizational member
Annual membership fees:
Standard organizational member- Pay what you can (We don't want money to discourage you from being a member, so you are free to pay nothing).
Content partner- Free
Both content partners and organizational members will have the same 'organizational member' account type on the Guelph Arts Hub.
They will both have the same features and capabilities such as being listed under the resource directory, being able to add content, post events to the calendar, engage in discussion forums, and the many other features the Digital Hub will offer.
The only difference betweeen a content partner and a standard organizational member, is that content partners agree to contribute content based on a plan discussed with GAC. Standard organizational members do not have this commitment, but can still post content freely.
So what's the point in becoming a content partner?
We understand that many organizations do not have the capacity to contribute content regularly. This means that while we encourage them to use the site, we expect that they will mainly play a more passive role of being listed under the resource directory. If this is the case for your organization, we welcome you to proceed with the application as a standard organizational member.
As a content partner, you will help us to achieve our project goals of making the Arts Hub a vibrant, lively site with new content appearing regularly. If you have the capacity to simply write a monthly article, or create posts about your events or new resources you offer, this would be greatly helpful.
What's more, GAC is hoping that this could be a long-term partnership with opportunities to collaborate more in the future. If there are any projects you could use our help with, you would be able to count on us!
