By filling out this form, you are applying for an art commission from me. 

Below you'll find all the information about prices, terms & conditions and how it works. Just to make sure you and I both know what we're up for. Original characters, existing characters or a combination of the two are all fine!

Terms & Conditions

By sending in this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions below.

The rates presented on my social media are for personal use only. If you want to use my art for commercial purposes, an additional licensing fee will apply. Please contact me to discuss the specifics.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request at my discretion if I’m uncomfortable with the subject or for whatever reason feel like it does not suit me.I don't work freelance full-time, so I only have limited time each week to work on commissions and reply to emails. Please be patient.
I’ll send you several updates throughout the process for you to give feedback on. Please try to address all necessary corrections as early as possible.
You’ll receive a digital high resolution PNG file of your commission. If you'd like a different file type, or a version with a transparent background, you can always ask! Prints are not included.
Once you receive the high resolution image, it's now yours to use as you see fit. If you'd like to post it and tag me in it, it's appreciated, but not mandatory. Just don't pass it off as your own (or someone else's) work, and don't sell it in any way.
Because of my day job, I can't always guarantee making a tight deadline. If there’s a deadline for your commission and it’s within 21 days of your application, I'll see if there's anything I can move around in my schedule, for which I will charge an extra 30%. Please understand that this still will not always be possible. I will always tell you in advance if I expect problems with the deadline.

Payment info:

Unless you have a Dutch bank account and can pay through direct wire transfer (Tikkie), payment is through PayPal only. PayPal fees (5%) to the commissioner’s charge.
Please always await my PayPal invoice before paying! That’s the best way to make sure it all goes right.
You can either pay the full amount at once, or split the payment into two. The first half is due up front. The second half comes after you’ve approved of the final image. I will send you the high resolution image after all payment has been received. If you choose to pay all at once, the full payment is due up front.
If you’d prefer to schedule payment in a different way, let me know! We can probably work something out that works for the both of us.

Once you hit 'submit', I'll look over your application and get back to you with a price quote and a time estimate within a couple of days. You can of course still decline the commission after that.
