Is a deposit required?
A minimum deposit of £150 is required to secure your installation booking date.
Please wait for a member of the Pandora team to contact you before making any payment. Alternatively, you may call us after submitting your form on 0121 281 6565.
Once your finance application has been approved, you will be required to pay:
• A minimum £150 deposit directly to Pandora Car Alarms; and
• The first instalment payment directly to the finance provider, where applicable.
For finance applications exceeding £1,000, a credit check may be required by the finance provider.
(Please note that 4-month finance plans under £1,000 may not require a credit check, subject to the finance provider’s criteria.)
Finance Application Administration Fee
A £25 non-refundable administration fee is payable prior to Pandora Car Alarms processing and submitting any finance application to our third-party finance provider.
This fee covers staff time, administration, customer processing, and liaison with the finance provider.
The administration fee becomes non-refundable once the finance application has been submitted on your behalf, regardless of:
• Whether finance is approved or declined
• Whether you decide not to proceed
• Whether the installation goes ahead
• Whether communication ceases after submission.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to this administration fee and understand it is non-refundable.
What happens if I need to change my booking date?
If you need to change your booking date, please contact us as soon as possible.
Deposits are used to reserve workshop time, allocate engineering resources, and cover administrative preparation costs.
If a booking is rescheduled more than once, Pandora Car Alarms reserves the right to retain the original deposit and request a new deposit to secure a future booking date.
If a booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled installation date, the deposit will become non-refundable.
Where cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the installation date, deposit refunds will normally be processed within 30 days.

You will be contacted by Payment Assist LTD via email and text to complete your finance application. You will have 24 hours to complete your finance application with payment assist, please note by missing the application without contacting Pandora could result you in a £20 re-application charge. Payment assist will contact you within 48 business hous of submitting your booking form. if you have selected a date that is over 6 weeks, We will call you to take a deposit and Payment assist will contact you nearer the date of your installation. Please contact us if you have not heard from Payment assist if your installation is within 72 hours.
What if I arrive late?
It is important that customers arrive at the agreed booking time. Late arrival may result in the installation needing to be rescheduled if insufficient time remains to complete the work safely and to the required standard. Where a booking cannot proceed due to significant lateness, the deposit may become non-refundable.
Can I wait with my vehicle?
It is advised that you leave the car with us, however if you would like to wait, we do have a waiting area that offer some comfy seats with Netflix or a worktop for you to do some work. There are a few local restaurants nearby shuold you wish to go for a wonder or get some food.
Remote Engine Start:
Remote start is an additional feature on all pandora systems (exc Black edition plus). Please select this option if you require this feature. Please note For this feature you may need to sacrifice your spare key. Please make sure you bring your spare key on the day of installation.
