DSMIG-USA Poster Session Submission

Poster Session Submission Form

Submission are due at Noon on Monday April 20, 2026 *Late submissions will not be accepted*
IN-PERSON, PHYSICAL Poster Viewing

If you are interested in submitting an abstract/poster you will need to do the following:
- Abstract Limit 250 words
- Abstracts should be attached as a Word document.
- Title your Word file as Abstract DSMIG 2026 “2-3 word title”, last name – of corresponding author
- Provide full names of all authors, and corresponding authors names below
- Please agree to the release form below
- The Poster Review Team will review and send acceptance by May 18, 2026.
- If your Abstract is selected, you will be required to submit your poster as an ePoster Powerpoint slide AND an accompanying 2-3 minute Video Poster Presentation. These will both be due by noon on Monday, June 8, 2026.
- Top Posters will be notified by June 29, 2026.
- Don't forget to print and bring your physical Poster to the Conference!

If you are submitting as a student or trainee, will you also be applying for the Rising Star Scholarship (dsmig-usa.org/scholarship)? This will not effect the acceptance of your poster.
