Eligible Projects include sites co-located with electric energy infrastructure, including utility rights-of-way, generation facilities (solar, wind, hydro, etc.), substations, and surplus property owned/managed by electric power companies are eligible for this award. Nominations due June 15th, 2025. This award is for a SPECIFIC PROJECT. It is not for a company/agency as a whole. Please do not submit nomination forms for a collective set of efforts of an organization, as they will not be considered. It is permitted to self nominate. Please confirm that this is for a specific project site.*
1. Brief Project Description (including county, city (or latitude/longitude), and state of project site).*
2. What is the area of the project (in the case of ROW, please include miles/km and acres/hectares)?*

3. Please describe the age of the project and how long it has been under management approaches that support pollinators.*
4. What species were planted? Provide a species list and/or the proportion of native, non-invasive, and proportion of grasses and forbs. Please list how many species in each bloom period. *
5. In the project area, what is the average percent cover of native plants?*
6. In the project area, what is the average percent cover of native flowering plants (forbs, shrubs, trees, and vines)? *
7. What vegetation management practices (conservation mowing, herbicide and insecticide use, Integrated Vegetation Management, etc.) are being incorporated into the project in a way to support and protect pollinators? Are the individuals maintaining the site trained in pollinator-promoting land management techniques?*
8. Describe the long-term commitment to this project. For example, commitment through leadership changes, long-term funding, the existence of a long-term management plan, and shareholder/stakeholder support. *
9. Describe any current and/or past research and monitoring efforts at the project site. Include the duration and frequency of monitoring, the focus (plants and/or pollinators), and any partners engaged.*
