MEMBERSHIP RULES

1. Membership is available to all, leaseholders and tenants.

2. Only one membership per Leasehold property.

2a. For the purpose of recognition, joint owners should add both their names to this form, but will be counted as one member.

2b. If the property is owned by a Limited Company, a Trust or a LLP, fill in the form with the name of the main director and add the company name in the field under the name.

3. Leaseholders who own more than one property in Barking Riverside should register each property using this form. For the purpose of recognition, each property counts as one membership.

4. Membership is free and without obligation and can be withdrawn at any point by emailing barkingriversideresidents@gmail.com .
