About
London's Screen Archives Membership is open to qualifying organisations and offers a range of benefits. These include training, funding, networking and collaborative opportunities, advice and guidance. Also included are a number of discounted rates on services, which include film scanning, storage and licensing. Further details of member benefits can be found on the 'Membership' tab.
We welcome applications from any organisation within the Greater London region that holds a moving image collection and has a related interest in enriching the cultural value of London's screen heritage, particularly through the provision of public access.
Organisations must be formally constituted. Generally this means one of the following:
- A Local Authority or statutory body;
- A community interest company or a limited liability company registered at Companies House;
- A charity or trust registered with the Charity Commission;
- or a voluntary group with a written constitution and bank account.
Private individuals are not eligible for this type of membership but can sign up as Friends of London’s Screen Archives.
London's Screen Archives is managed by Film London. Proud to be supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, the BFI, and The National Archives. If you have any questions regarding London's Screen Archives Membership or to find out whether your organisation qualifies, please email screenheritage@filmlondon.org.uk.
