The first hour is free , an hourly rate is appliedof $85 per hour thereafter with a booking minimum of 2hrs.
This is another affordable plan for individuals in need of a team to execute their plans seamlessly. This service will begin 4 weeks before the wedding; our responsibilities include 4 in-person meetings to discuss the overall look and feel of the wedding/ event, a venue walk through, day of event timeline, vendor confirmations, rehearsal coordination & specialized décor (if requested). This service fee starts at $2,950. If your wedding / event exceeds 100 guests, has more than one location, occupational complexities additional cost will apply in efforts to accurately accommodate the needs of our clients and their guests. This area covers everything a couple may need on their big day. This area covers our décor/ design only service. After discussing the look and feel of your event, we have to ensure that all your needs are covered. A couple can add or subtract according to their specific needs, additional cost may apply. This service fee starts at $4,985 if your wedding, design or event exceeds 100 guests and has more than one location, occupational complexities, additional cost will apply in efforts to accurately accommodate the needs of our clients and their guests. This area services individuals that desire to rent our equipment and or selected our Day of Coordinator service, Full Service Planner, Design Only Services for their wedding or event. This service includes delivery, breakdown (if required on specific items) & pickup. If additional assemble aide is needed Personalized Events team will ensure this is completed, for an additional fee of $125. The cost of delivery starts at $250 (this fee is subject to change due to occupational complexities). If delivery locations exceed 15 miles, it will then cost 0.50 per mile (Fees listed does not include your rental items for your event).
