HELLO!

Thank you for your interest in our public art program. The Art This Way program has been installing large-scale public artwork in Fort Wayne, Indiana since 2016. By filling out this RFQ, you are indicating your interest in being contacted regarding future Art This Way opportunities. Filling out this form is not a guarantee that you will be considered for Art This Way opportunities. Further, interested applicants should still apply for project-specific Art This Way artist calls.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ART THIS WAY PROJECTS:
- Artist(s) must be 18 or older.
- Applicant must be able to travel and work in the United States.
- Participating artist(s) must be willing to sign an indemnification agreement, sign a hold harmless waiver, sign a mural contract with the Art This Way Program, sign a photo release waiver, and may be asked to provide proof of insurance.
ARTWORK SELECTION PROCESS:

Art This Way's artwork jury is made up of professional artists, university staff, Fort Wayne Downtown Improvement District members, downtown property owners, Art This Way committee members and various community representatives. All identifying information about the applicant is withheld from the jury.
