The class trip for the Class of 2025 will take place at Cragun's Resort from Friday, May 16 to Monday, May 19 in the Brainerd Lakes area. Full payment is due March 1 and is nonrefundable after March 15.

Parent chaperones and students will be required to meet at SCLA the morning of May 16 for a preliminary meeting and prescreening for drugs and alcohol. We will leave SCLA at the same time.The chaperones will not be in a position to constantly monitor students while they are in the cabins.Students sleep in cabins and share rooms.If something extraordinary happens that would cause us to cancel, families could lose their deposit.St. Croix Lutheran Academy will require parents or guardians to sign a liability waiver acknowledging and accepting the responsibility for the potential risks.Because students have full kitchens in their cabins and students will be responsible for purchasing their own food. After arrival to the resort, chaperones will bring small groups to the local grocery store to purchase groceries (no food may be brought from home). Students should plan ahead with their groups to know how much money to bring.
Waiver

By providing your signature, you confirm that you understand the details and potential risks listed above and give permission for your student, listed above, or if you are an adult student, consent to attend the 2025 Senior Class Trip to Cragun's Resort from Friday, May 16 through Monday, May 19, 2025. You acknowledge on behalf of yourself or your minor child that you assume all risk of loss, personal injury, disability or death which may result from participation in this event. You certify that you have adequate health insurance to cover any injury or damage caused to yourself or your minor child, or else agree to personally bear the cost of injury or damage. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold St. Croix Lutheran Academy and its representatives harmless from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages or other financial harm incurred while on the 2025 Senior Class Trip to Cragun's Resort including reasonable attorneys' fees, as a result of any actions of you or your minor child as well as any injury or damage caused to any other person during your participation and activities on the 2025 Senior Class Trip to Cragun's Resort. You also authorize and consent to the use of your voice, photograph and likeness as well as that of any minor child covered by this agreement by St. Croix Lutheran Academy without reservation or limitation. You agree to receive no compensation for this use, and property rights to any photographs or video material produced or prepared by St. Croix Lutheran Academy shall vest in and remain with St. Croix Lutheran Academy.
