Report or Complaint About a Race Official

Please use this form to make a report to US Sailing about the performance or conduct of a race official. Reports will be reviewed by the Race Administration Director and the Staff Counsel.

You may report anonymously by omitting your identifying information. However, remaining anonymous will significantly limit US Sailing’s ability to investigate and respond to the information you provide. US Sailing cannot act on anonymous reports.

If this is an allegation of physical or sexual abuse of a minor, it must be made to the U.S. Center for SafeSport. Make a report to SafeSport.
