Please read the following information before you complete the application.
Camping at Woodfordia:
If camping during the festival period and to enable us to secure you a location close to the festival entrance, please ensure to complete the Accessible Camping Form.
Letting us know you are here:
We do not usually allow domestic animals on-site and we get reports from patrons if there are dogs seen. We would like to let our festival services crews know that you have an assistance dog so that these reports can be quickly dealt with.
When you set up camp, just call our Patron Safety Hotline on 07 5496 1033 and let us know which area you are camping in.
Please also identify yourself with your assistance animal when arriving.
