Instructions:

1. All appeals to review the graded assessment must be submitted to the PSB Exam Centre within 8 working days from the release of results.
2. There is a non-refundable administrative fee of $200 (inclusive of GST) per module, made payable to “PSB Academy Pte Ltd”. Please refer to the available modes of payment here.
3. One appeal form is to be used for appeal of each module.
4. No appeal will be accepted for modules which the candidate has passed. You are required to produce a copy of your Online Result Notification when making payment at the cashier’s counter.
5. PSB Academy reserves the right to reject applications which are incomplete or late.
6. Candidates will have no access to their answer scripts.
7. The decision of PSB Academy’s Management on all matters relating to the examination appeal is final. No re-appeals are permitted.
8. Students will be notified of appeal outcome within 4 weeks from date of appeal.
