THE SCHEDULE OF CONDITION IS JUST A SUMMARY AND WILL BE EMBEDDED WITHIN THE FULL REPORT ALONG WITH IMAGES.THIS WILL BE SENT TO THE MANAGING AGENT/LANDLORD WHO WILL THEN FORWARD TO THE TENANT

We believe these readings to be a true and accurate recording of the meters at the time of the checkout. The Clerk is not responsible for invalid readings due to faulty equipment or meters.
1. Taken and agreed meter readings, utility providers and tenants forwarding address
2. All keys have been recorded, compared to check-in if possible and handed to Clerk
3. Tenant has shown any cleaning receipts if applicable (or advised receipts will/can be provided) to Clerk
4. Tenant has advised Clerk of any changes/issues during tenancy and that they have been communicated to the Managing Agent.
5. Clerk has discussed their role and the checkout process.
