Ordering Policy & Procedure
- No minimum orders or opening orders required
- Order may be placed via Circadia.com, phone, fax, or email
- Circadia by Dr. Pugliese, Inc. representatives are available Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST for ordering, questions, and customer technical support.
Payment and Shipping
Customer orders will be billed using the credit card provided in the Account Profile Form. Most orders are shipped within 48-72 hours of the receipt of your order. Shipping will be charged according to the current FedEx shipping rates. Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. If you require expedited shipping, please contact our office to discuss the various options and associated costs.
Internet Sales
At Circadia by Dr. Pugliese, Inc., we prioritize the integrity and professionalism of our brand. Therefore, we strictly prohibit the sale of our products through unauthorized channels, including beauty supply chains, department stores, and online platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, or Facebook Marketplace.
Our commitment to maintaining suggested retail pricing ensures fairness and consistency for all our customers. By upholding this policy, we aim to safeguard the investments made by individual practitioners and end users in the Circadia by Dr. Pugliese, Inc. concept and our proven product line.
In the event you choose to sell products on your own website, your storefront must be password-protected and only offer products at Circadia's suggested retail price.

Return & Exchange Policy
Should you wish to exchange any items, products must have been purchased directly from Circadia by Dr. Pugliese, Inc. All items must be unopened, unexpired, and in original unaltered packaging (ex. no price tags, stickers or markings, that would restrict us from being able to restock the item.) Exchange requests exceeding 30 days after purchase date up to one year will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items purchased greater than 1 year ago are no longer eligible for exchange. Proof of purchase from Circadia must be provided. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Should you wish to start a return, products must have been purchased directly from Circadia. All items must be unopened, unexpired, and in original unaltered packaging (ex. no price tags, stickers or markings, that would restrict us from being able to restock the item.) Returns exceeding 30 days after purchase date up to one year will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items purchased greater than 1 year ago are no longer eligible for return/credit. Proof of purchase from Circadia must be provided. All items returned must have a minimum of 6 months expiration period remaining. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will notify you, via email, that your products have been received. Upon return approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or issue a product credit. Please allow up to 5 business days for credit, depending on your credit card or bank policies.
