9th Annual Hewitt 5K Sponsorship

All proceeds will go towards the Hewitt Foundation which is a non profit organization created in memory of Parker and Haley Hewitt for the purpose of putting God's love into action by investing in community projects and improving the lives of families in need.

The Hewitt Foundation is formed to educate the general public about community service needs, encourage increased civic participation in meeting those needs, and promote policies designed to improve the lives of community members, all in memory of Parker and Haley Hewitt.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP LEVEL

$1000

 

• Sponsor will have opportunity to hand out promotional items or giveaways at event
  (*Items may NOT be sold. Only giveaways, samples, coupons, and/or marketing materials may be distributed.)
• Sponsor will be given space to set up tent/table at event for promotional purposes.
• Sponsor name will be recognized at awards ceremony.
• Sponsor logo/name to be featured on race t-shirt (Largest logo on t-shirt.)
• Sponsor name will be mentioned on social media.
• Option to distribute materials in race bags.
• Sponsor will receive FIVE complimentary run/walk registrants for Hewitt 5K.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP LEVEL

SILVER SPONSORSHIP LEVEL

$500

• Sponsor name will be recognized at awards ceremony.
• Sponsor logo/name to be featured on race t-shirt (Medium logo on t-shirt.)
• Sponsor name will be mentioned on social media.
• Option to distribute materials in race bags.
• Sponsor will receive TWO complimentary run/walk registrants for Hewitt 5K.

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP LEVEL

$250

• Sponsor logo/name to be featured on race t-shirt (Small logo on t-shirt.)
• Sponsor name will be mentioned on social media.
• Option to distribute materials in race bags.
• Sponsor will receive ONE complimentary run/walk registrants for Hewitt 5K.

Upon completion of the sponsorship form, you'll recieve an email with detailed instructions on how to use your custom access code to register your complimentary run/walk registrants for the Hewitt 5K.
