There is a $25 deposit to reserve your child's spot in Summer Camp, which will be applied towards your tuition. After your sign up form is submitted, you will receive an invitation to Brightwheel, once you are set up there you will be able to pay the deposit online.

Please select only one discount - if your child will be attending between 4 and 7 weeks of camp they are eligible for the 4 week discount, if they will be attending all 8 weeks of camp they are eligible for the 8 week discount.

This year, we will be taking our school age children on Field Trips during Summer Camp! :)

Kiddos heading into Kindergarten - 3rd grade will be able to attend these trips, which we plan to do 3 times a week. There will be an additional cost of around $10 - $20 per trip, charged weekly. 

You can choose which weeks your child will attend field trips. There will be teachers that stay at school on each field trip day, with fun plans for kiddos not attending the field trip. :)

We are super excited to be able to take our older campers out for fun around town this summer!

Hours: 7:00 am-5:30 pm

**All Students will have one schedule for Summer Camp. All are welcome to attend any of the days/times out of the week they would like, but will pay one fee.

 Meals:

 Please pack Breakfast, Lunch and 2 Snacks each day. There will be NO School Breakfast/Lunch options available throughout summer camp. Breakfast will be from 7:30-8:00 each morning. Lunch will be from 11:30-12:00 each day. Snacks will be around 9:30 and 2:00.

 Nap Time:

Preschool aged students will have rest time from 12:30-2:00 each day. Please provide nap materials for your child at the beginning of each week. Nap things will be sent home at the end of the week for washing.

 Extra Clothing:

Please ensure that there is a complete change of clothes (including shoes) in your child’s backpack at ALL times.

 Sunscreen:

Per State Licensing, we have to apply sunscreen every time we go outside. Please remember to bring in lotion sunscreen (as we cannot use the aerosol at the center), labeled with first and last name.

 Summer Tuition Due Date:

 Summer tuition is due by the 1st of each month, and will be considered late after the 3rd of each month. If tuition is not paid by the 3rd of the month, your student will not be permitted to attend camp until it is received. Weekly and bi-monthly payment options are available upon request.

 RMCA Preschool Closure Dates:

 **Please Take Note that the Center WILL BE CLOSED July 20 - July 24. The building will undergo a major cleaning and disinfecting regiment including shampooing carpets and polishing floors. We will also be using this time to complete mandatory Teacher Training and getting classrooms ready for the New School Year!**
