Product Explinations

Acrylic	This is a monomer (purple liquid) & Polymer mix to create an extension or hard enhancement over top of the natural nail. Can be used to give extra structure for growth of the natural nail. With proper care this can last up to 3-6 months.
Polygel	Often referred to as Acrygel—is a hybrid product of acrylic and gel. Polygel is a hybrid nail enhancement formula that combines the durability of acrylic nails and the elasticity application of gel nails,
Soft Gel	This is product that is typically seen/used as gel polish. Sometimes used as a structure gel. With proper care this can last up to 4 weeks.
Hard Gel	This product is used to add structure to the natural nail and/ or extend out a nail similarly to acrylic, but it is a one step product apposed to acrylic enhancements which require a monomer and polymer mix to create a hard structure. This Product provides more flexability for the natural nail which makes it a stronger product. With proper care this can last up to 12 months.
Gel X	This product is part of the soft gel family. Soft gel is used to make a even thickness pre made full well nail tip. Once combined with a structure gel, it can be extended with the pre-made soft gel tip. With proper care this can last up to 4 -6 weeks
Structured Manicure	A gel-based technique that focuses on restructuring the look and shape of your nails. This type of manicure is meant to reinforce your natural nail with a supportive layer of rubber-based gel to protect your natural nails from breakage.
Silk Wrap	This service is strictly used for structured/gel manicures. if the natural nail is cracked and you are trying to retain length, this service is like a bonder to help retain it. With proper care this can last up to a nails life time.
Dip	This product is used typically over natural nails. It uses the same Polymer (powder acrylic) as the acrylic enhancements, but instead of using monomer it uses a glue base and activator (drying agent). With proper care this can last up to 2-3 weeks.

Icey Add-Ons

Acrylic Design	This add-on is for a full set, as this can consist of crating a design with acrylic as its foundation (cutting acrylic, encapsulated flowers, etc.)
Acrylic Color Change	This add-on is for a fill/rebalance only as this consist of drilling down the existing acrylic & replacing it with a new color. (set must not be older than 6 months)
Characters	This add-on is for a full set or fill/rebalance, this is a hand drawn piece made out of gel polish and is added to 1 or more fingers
Charms	This add-on is for a full set or fill/rebalance, EX. Bears, Kawaii, while bling pieces. This will sit on top of the nail enhancement & secured for no hair snagging.
Colored Acrylic	This add-on is for a full set or fill/rebalance,. Full Set: your choice of any color foundation that you will like, on hand, this is semi-permanent in most cases as this will be the base for your set and will last 3-6 months. Fill/rebalance: your choice of color form previous choice of the initial set. Can be removed if selected acrylic color change to avoid soak off with-in the 3-6 month time frame.
Colored Gel	This add-on is for a full set or fill/rebalance,. Full Set: your choice of any color foundation that you will like, on hand, this is semi-permanent in most cases as this will be the base for your set and will last 3-6 months. Fill/rebalance: your choice of color form previous choice of the initial set.
5-8 Rebalance	This add-on is for a fill/rebalance,; if you do not enjoy, over time, your nails curling and would like them fixed to angle them straight - this is a good option. *Curved nails are more prone to breaking if your are rough on your nails & this service can prevent your fingers from aching or having white lines in your natural nail when having to typing or doing your daily task. Along with being over your 4 weeks date.
Encapculation	This add-on is for a full set, as this can consist of crating a design with acrylic as its foundation (encap glitter, encapsulated marble, etc.)
EMA Soak Off	This add-on is for a Full Set Only. This MUST be booked if you are a returning client and your are receiving a new set after 3-6 months. E.M.A. Stands for Ethyl methacrylate & is regulated by the FDA.
Extreme Cut Down	This add-on is for a fill/rebalance; if your are cutting more than an inch off of your nails. Please select this to insure that your nails don't receive trauma marks & are completely even
French Tip	This add-on is for a Full Set or fill/rebalance; 1 -2 solid colors & can be used as traditional French, V-French, Half V-French, or Deep French.
French Tip + Chrome	This add-on is for a Full Set or fill/rebalance; 1 -2 solid colors & can be used as traditional French, V-French, Half V-French, or Deep French with added chrome.
Full Crystal	This add-on is for a Full Set or fill/rebalance; 1/10 nail(s) will be covered with Swarovski Glass Crystals or Swarovski Crystals and a Charme
Hard Gel Removal	This add-on is for a Full Set Only. This MUST be booked ONLY if you are a returning/ new client and you are receiving a new set from a previous Hard Gel Enhancement.
Vegan Scrub	This add-on is for a Full Set or fill/rebalance. this will be done near the end of your service. This is a natural exfoliant for your hands that will leave them soft and moisturized
MMA SOAK Off	This add-on is for a Full Set Only. This MUST be booked if you are a NEW client and your are receiving a new set .M.M.A Stands for Methyl methacrylate - DEEMED ILLEGAL by the FDA in Virginia & 38 other states.
Ombre'	This add-on is for a Full Set; This is a combination of 2 different color acrylic combined to blend horizontally with a smooth transition for a elegant affect.
Photo Inspo	This add-on is for a Full Set or fill/rebalance. this will only be considered as a reference for your set. These photos can be found on Instagram, Twitter, Threads, Pinterest, Google and more.
Repair	This add-on is for a fill/rebalance; if you have broken a nail you will select this for your service.
Sculpted	This add-on is for a Full Set ONLY. This will consist of conforming a form (sticker) to your natural nail with the intention of extending your nail out without tips. This is over all better than tips as there is glue used to attach it to your natural nail and over time the water (solvent) will tend to make your nail peel from the enhancement underneath. *When booking please do not file your nails down to the meat (hyponychium & free-edge).
Shape Change	This add-on is for a fill/rebalance; if you would like to change yur shape and already have a set on done by Kiy please contact her before booking for the best option for you.
Simple Crystals	This add-on is for a full set or fill/rebalance; Swarovski Crystals can be placed on multiple fingers but not the full nail. ex. around the cuticle area, around French Design, around charms etc. *counted per crystal.
3-D Art	This add-on is for a full set or fill/rebalance; hand made art on conformed on tip of the nail enhancement such as 3-D Flowers etc.

All "Kiy Fit Me In" request are require a $35 retainer fee

Retainer Fee DOES NOT go towards your service.

Please check your text messages & email that you used for agreement/confirmation, and arrival information!

All reschedules have a (1) change maximum limit. Must be made with in the current/following week or the week ahead (before) of the original appointment. Appointment must also take place within the time listed in sentence before, in this bullet, or will fall under next bullet.

If you wish to switch or change your appointment time (outside of the current/ following week or week before original appointment) a 45% deposit will be requested, as this indicates a cancellation, to secure your spot for another time.

There is a strict NO KIDS or EXTRA GUEST allowed policy.

Payment, Tardy & Cancellation Disclaimers

PAYMENT FORMS ACCEPTED: Apple Pay Cash, Samsung Pay, Debt/Credit Card Tap, Cash App Pay; Invoice (ACH, Afterpay).* At service check out, all transactions are subject to 7% transaction fee.

All Clients are encouraged to pre book your appointment.

If you are 10 min late with no contact to your appointment there is a $35 additional fee that will be added to your service [NO EXCEPTIONS]

After 15 mins your appointment will be Cancelled and will be charged for 100% of your selected services.

No Call No Show will be charged 100% of selected service(s). You will also be blocked from booking if this is multiple times or payment doesn't complete.

If the appointment is cancelled for any reason by the client and accommodations cant be made based on policy, with the declined card, an invoice will be sent to you via text and/or email; you can be banned until balance is paid.

The Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your appointment you MUST contact Kiy within 48hrs before your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your selected services. Any and all cancellations indicate a forfeit of your deposited amount or full payment as stated here under this title and above under the booking details title.

In the rare event and unforeseen event the appointment is cancelled, we will arrange for alternative dates to guarantee appointment redemption.
