  • We are so sorry and sad that due to the Covid Lockdowns for a 2nd consecutive year our April BeachRoc weekender, is now cancelled in 2021.

    A lot of work goes on behind the scenes in preparing this event which I now need to unfold much of it plus also work with you actioning your preferred option out of the six choices below.

    We hope we can continue to have your support at our events as we have really appreciated your booking and know you were all looking forward to this Aprils BeachRoc. We can fully understand if you are unable to commit to any of our future events at the present time so we have set out six options below for one that suits you.

    Any balance due, payable in January 2022.

    All refunds are payable only to the Lead Name on the Booking Contract.

  • VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE

    This is where we need you please to be 100% accurate with your bank account to prevent wasted time.

    It is extremely frustrating when you are given all the Bank details and are trying to COMPLETE a refund online with the Bank, only to find the details supplied are incorrect, so you have to come away from what you have submitted online with the bank, then email the customer, wait for the response (no time clock), then go back online and to do all over again.

    It can easily waste 30 minutes in these difficult times with no personal financial compensation for my time. Sometimes it has taken as many as 4 attempts to get the right bank details from a customer, wasting over an hour (we never get it back in life) or more of my time. Please be careful and diligent. 

    Unless the details you supply are 100%, our bank will not make payment. Therefore, MJRoc will be not be responsible for late refunds.

     

     

    YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

    1/ YOUR NAME - as it appears on your statement or cheque book. Please note that it is not 90% of the time what appears on your bank card, please do not just look at that "bank card" for speed and assume that it is correct to make a payment to your bank. Please only supply the name as it appears on your Statement/Cheque book.

    2/ The name of your Bank

    3/ The Sort Code

    4/ The Account number

     

    WHEN ARRANGING ANY REFUND (full or part)

    BOOKING FEE deduction is £5pp to assist in costs to cover refund administrations/transfer, arranging your repayment, providing cancelled invoice, completing an audit record for Inland Revenue/accounts and towards the fixed costs in running BeachRoc. (A small payment which helps in a little way to reduce fixed cost losses from the cancellation of this event outside MJRoc control),

    £5pp booking is deducted when making any refunds whether in full or part.

    MJRoc receives no financial grants from the Government.

  • TRANSFERRING YOUR BOOKING - NO BOOKING FEE

    THERE IS NO BOOKING FEE WHEN TRANSFERRING TO THE NEXT BEACHROC OR WARMWELL EVENTS FROM THE AMOUNT IN YOUR BEACHROC 2021 ACCOUNT. BOOKING FEES APPLY WHEN ANY MONIES ARE PAID TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
