Please be advised that Allison Wicks reserves the right to terminate the lease effective immediately, as she sees fit. All leases are subject to discontinuation in the event of injury, illness, lameness, or other factors which hinder the ridability and well-being of the horse. Should this happen during the duration of the lease, we will do our best to make other arrangements.

LESSEE will split any vet bill under $500 50/50 with LESSOR.

In the event of a major medical condition, outside of normal horse care, the LESSOR agrees to financial responsibility.

LESSOR will continue paying routine expenses for the care of the horse consistent with the practices of good animal husbandry, including, but not limited to, dental care, shots/worming, joint injections, and therapy.
Half Lease

$350/month. A half lease provides the rider with the same horse for each training session.

If suitable, the horse is also available for clinics and horse shows. LESSEE is responsible for all event fees.

Three contacts per week includes two group lessons and one practice ride.
The lease covers half of the horse board and shoes.

Training Fees: $300 for 8 lessons and 4 practice rides per month

Half lease total is $650 per month.
Full Lease

$600/month. A full lease provides the rider with the same horse for each training session.

The horse may attend clinics and horse shows. LESSEE is responsible for all event fees.

Five contacts per week includes 2 lessons, 2 practice rides, and a training ride by a professional or working student.

The lease covers the full horse board and shoes.

Training Fees: $400 for 2 lessons per week, 2 practice sessions, and 1 professional ride by a supervised working student or professional

Full lease total is $1,000 per month.
