Cancellations

Once the cancellation has been approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method for the full amount minus any payment processing fees. Payment processing fees are 3%-5% fees on the original transaction which the processing company does not refund.

Returns

Important: Once we receive your request, we will email you shipping instructions.

You are responsible for shipping the product to our fulfillment center in the same condition you received it. We will provide you with return shipping instructions once the return request has been submitted.

When we receive the product, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method for the full amount minus our restocking fee. Alternatively, if you choose to receive store credit for your return, the restocking fee will be waived.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover payment processing and shipping costs. However, this fee will not apply if you opt for store credit instead of a refund.
