SAISA BYE FORM
Skaters who require a bye are asked to apply by completing the form below. Please provide as much detail as possible to assist SAISA with making a decision.

The SAISA board may consider a skater's previous competition history when determining if a bye should be granted.

Additionally, the SAISA board may request a skater to be observed by an ISA level judge to assist with determining if a bye should be granted. Skaters who apply for a medical bye may also be requested to be observed by an ISA level panel to ensure they are medically fit to compete again.
