By placing a wholesale order, the retailer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to any individual or business that purchases Necromolds LLC products for resale.

Online Sales Policy
Authorized Sales Channels

Retailers may sell Necromolds products:
- In person at their physical retail location
- Online through their own store website
Prohibited Platforms

Selling Necromolds products on any third-party online marketplace is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Miniature Market
- BoardGameGeek
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
MAP Requirement

This policy applies to all advertised prices across all mediums — online, in-store, print, and digital.
- All advertised prices must be at or above the Necromolds LLC Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
- Any method that results in a net advertised price below MSRP — including rebates, coupons, percentage discounts, or any other promotional mechanism — is a violation.
- This policy applies to advertised prices only. It does not restrict the final price a retailer charges a customer at the point of sale.
Non-Compliance Process
Applies to both policies above.
1. Notice: Necromolds LLC will contact the retailer upon discovery of a violation.
2. Correction Deadline: The violation must be corrected within 3 business days of notice.
3. Consequences: If not corrected within 3 business days, Necromolds LLC will terminate the retailer's wholesale account. For online listing violations, Necromolds LLC will also contact the platform directly to request removal.
