Online Sales Policy

Purpose:

This policy is made to protect the integrity of the Necromolds LLC product line and our network of retailers.

Restrictions on Online Sales:
- You are not allowed to sell any Necromolds LLC item through online storefronts such as:
  - Amazon
  - eBay
  - Miniature Market
  - BoardGameGeek
- You are only allowed to sell copies online on your own unique store website.
Non-Compliance Procedure:
1. Notification: If Necromolds LLC receives information about non-compliance, Necromolds LLC will contact the party.
2. Removal of Listing: The listing must be removed within three business days of the contact.
3. Consequences of Non-Compliance: If the listing is not removed within three days:Necromolds LLC will cease to supply the party and/or its distributor.
  Necromolds LLC will also contact the storefront to have the listing removed.

Minimum Advertised Price Policy

Purpose:

This policy is established to safeguard the integrity of the Necromolds product line and our network of retailers.

Scope:

The Necromolds LLC Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAPP) applies to various advertising mediums including, but not limited to, catalogs, direct mail, websites, in-store displays, and any electronic medium available.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Requirement:
- Your minimum advertised price must equal to or exceed the Necromolds LLC Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for every product.
- Any form of discounting that leads to a net advertised price lower than the MSRP through rebates, coupons, percentage discounts, or any other means will be deemed non-compliant with the MAPP.
Non-Compliance Procedure:
1. Notification: Necromolds LLC will contact any party found to be advertising a Necromolds product below MSRP, indicating non-compliance.
2. Correction of Pricing: The party must correct the advertised pricing within three business days of notification.
3. Consequences of Non-Compliance: If the advertised pricing remains unchanged after three days: Necromolds LLC will cease to supply the party and/or its distributor.
