• 2021 Trade Stand Application Form

  • UPDATE

    We are planning for the 2021 Show to be a smaller, one day event on Saturday 24th July

    Places will be allocated based on the following criteria:

    • Preference will be given to longstanding traders at the Show
    • A mixture of different tradestands will be selected to ensure a mix for our visitors

    You will be notified within 4 weeks of your application if you have been successful and payment in full will be required 2 weeks after being notified.

    • This form is for OUTSIDE trade stand space only. 
    • Tradestand space is £7.00 per ft frontage (min 10ft) for the one day show
    • Please ensure you read our Booking Information within this form 
    • This form must be completed and submitted online
    • We are unable to process forms sent by post
  • Before your start you will need:

    1. Public Liability Insurance Details
    2. Photo of your stand (not required if you had a stand in 2019)
    3. Food Hygiene and Safety Certificates where applicable
    4. Risk Assessments if you have your own  (If not, they can be completed as part of this form

    • Charity Trade Stand Applications are accepted under the same terms and conditions as outside Tradestands and pay the same rate. Please refer to the Tradestand Booking Information & Terms and Conditions (available on the Tradestands web page) for further details.

      We can only accept a limited number of charity stands this year and, once applications have been received, there may be a delay before decisions are made regarding which applications to accept.

      As a guideline, we usually give priority to local charities/voluntary organisations that have not been at the Show recently.

    • PLEASE NOTE:  Fundraising on a Non-Charity stand is not permitted as this impacts on the Charities who pay to attend the show. Please contact the Tradestands Secretary for more information if required.

      All food retailers are to be available for inspection prior to the event on the request of North Kesteven Distrct Council, and at any time during the event.

      Using the guidelines shown below, please consider what risks there are to those setting up trade stands and to visitors, staff and members of the public during the Show.

    • PART 4 - Trade Stand Requirements  
    • OUTSIDE TRADE STAND SPACE

      Trade Stands £7.00 per foot frontage (minimum 10ft) x depth approx 30ft

       

      PREMIUM SPACES
      These are available at normal tradestand frontage cost plus:

      £150 for a Prime Location on site

      Extra Deep Stand - Plus 30% extra of tradestand fee 

    • SPECIAL REQUESTS

      Please state if your stand requires a minimum depth or height (trees on site restrict height in some areas).

      If you have a preference for location please note that NO GUARANTEES can be given that this space will be available.

      Priority will be given to those who select to pay the additional amount for a Premium Space.    See Premium Spaces above.

    • ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS

      We can supply:

      2 x 13amp Socket connections (one double socket)           -  £60
         (Total load on a double socket not to exceed 20amp or 4.5kW)

      Ceeform Blue 16amp connections                                        - £90

      Ceeform Blue 32amp connections                                        - £120

      Ceeform Blue 63amp                                                             - £160

      3 Phase Connections                                                              - POA


      PLEASE NOTE

      The power on site is provided by generators and it is essential that they are not overloaded. Overloads will cause loss of power for your stand and those around you. Therefore:

      1.  Only ONE item per socket  
      2.  NO multi socket extension leads or multi adapters are permitted.
      3.  Electrical sockets can only be booked if we know the wattage of equipment being plugged in
      4.  We are unable to provide an electrical supply without pre-booking
