Please accept the artist agreement below and attach three (3) close-up photos of your art items to this form. Photos will not be returned and become the property of HAHC. Photos may be used in the advertisement of festivals on social media.

All items MUST be created by the Attending Artist. No Mass-produced Items will be permitted, the artist will be asked to remove any items deemed to be so. If items are found to be so after the start of the festival no refund will be given if the vendor refuses to remove said items and decides to leave instead.

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All final booth assignments will be made at the discretion of HAHC staff. Vendors agree to participate for the duration of the days selected & understand that space is limited. HAHC will notify all vendors of acceptance and space location. Vendors agree to release HAHC from any liability while in operation of this event and they are solely responsible for liability insurance and sales tax.
