Food security: Do you struggle to have enough food to feed yourself or your family each month? Do you sometimes have to choose paying a bill or getting groceries? Have you accessed SNAP food stamps to help fill your refrigerator?
Child care: Have you experienced difficulty finding affordable child care? Does paying for child care crowd out other necessities, like savings or repairs?
Employment: Have you lost a job because of the pandemic? Have your wages been cut? Were you able to access income supports like unemployment or not?
Medicaid: Do you get your health care through Medical Assistance? Is that a new benefit that you sought because of the pandemic and economic recession? If MA services were to be reduced, how would you get health care you need?
Disability services/Mental health: Do you receive Medical Assistance to support your disability services or mental health care? How does it support your everyday living? How might your life change if support services would be changed or reduced?
Housing and homelessness: Has a drop in income or job loss caused you to have trouble paying your rent or mortgage? Are you currently struggling to provide safe housing for you or your family? Are your children facing difficulties at school because they lack a permanent and safe home?
