We are pleased to invite you to the first of four satellite meetings to be held across Australia in 2021. The event will be held in-person and also broadcast over zoom to Australian and New Zealand colleagues.
The QLD meeting will be held at the Translational Research Institute Auditorium on Thursday 22nd April 2021, from 12-6pm.
This will be a fantastic opportunity to reengage with the cell and developmental biology community and network in-person with researchers across SEQ.

We have invited 4 four outstanding plenary speakers:
Dr Sarah Boyle (Uni of SA)
Associate Professor Mathias Francois (Centenary Institute)
Dr Jana Vucovic (Uni of QLD)
Associate Professor James Hudson (QIMRB)
Additionally we will be selecting 4 outstanding PhD/ECR speakers to present on their latest research in cell and developmental biology.
Lunch will be provided and also a networking event with food and drinks provided will run following the meeting.

We are also running a Best Microscopy Image competition for HDR students and ECRs (up to 5 years post PhD) with CASH PRIZES. Please submit your images to Dr Jatin Patel (j7.patel@qut.edu.au) and Dr Julia Pagan (j.pagan@uq.edu.au) by COB Tuesday 20th April 2021.
