Warranty Claim Form
If you are having technical issues with your product, filling out the below form is the first step. Please fill out as complete as possible and we will be in contact once your information is received and reviewed by our claim processing team.
*Please note that upon receiving your claim and product, warranty work may take up to two weeks depending on the work/repair needed. Riffe is not responsible for shipping your product to our facility. If the product is covered under warranty you will not be responsible for freight back to your address.
Terms & Conditions
- One claim per submission will be processed.
- Fill out all fields completely.
- Picture(s) of the claim part(s) is(are) mandatory for us to evaluate and proceed to claim processing. Please make sure we can see the issue clearly in your photos.
- RIFFE International, Inc. will have the right to reject/disapprove any claim request that is found incorrect, fraudulent or out of the warranty period.
- Claim request will take up to 5 working days to process.
