Rental Application

This application must be filled out and all application fees collected in order for us to process the application. All residents over the age 18 must fill out an application.
Application information

Generally we will be able to process the application and see results within 24 hours or less after we have all the necessary information, however before we can make a decision on your application all potential residents must apply, and submit to us a legible copy of your state issued ID, and proof of income. Proof of income can be either 2 months of bank statements showing deposits or 2 months of pay check stubs and can be attached to this application or sent to properties@stlrentalhome.com.
Application Criteria

We do full background, credit, criminal history and eviction checks for everyone 18 and over. We are looking for at least 2.5x NET Income, no recent eviction and no open collections from other housing providers. We will contact your previous landlord(s) to confirm that you left the property in good condition and on good terms. Once a decision is made we will discuss move in timeline and send the lease for you to sign electronically. Your lease will need to start no more than 2 weeks from the signed lease date, and the property will continue to be marketed until we have a signed lease and the deposit collected. NOTE: We do our best to communicate with you about the process, please be aware that we are obligated to pick the best tenant for each property and the most desirable properties will fill fast.
