Wedding Coordinator
This person role is to assist with your wedding the day of the ceremony to ensure everything goes according to plan. Wedding coordinator alleviates the stress during the day of the wedding. This person will assist in the setup of the wedding rehearsal if one is taken place on the property.

Client/Vendor Agreement
The agreement made on this day between First Name Last Name and Solid Rock Wedding Chapel and Event Center includes everything agreed upon for this special event. All services contracted cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added.

It is understood that Solid Rock Wedding Chapel and Event Center is only liable for services completed and provided by Solid Rock Wedding Chapel and Event Center and can not be held liable for the services of other contracted vendors. Client is responsible for themselves as well as individuals that are guest of the clients.

Cancelation Policy
If event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to Solid Rock Wedding Chapel and Event Center will be returned. The client can have monies paid for services transferred to the next available date. Other incidents outside of Solid Rock Wedding Chapel and Event Center control i.e., death in family, illness, hospitalization, or other tragic circumstances, Solid Rock Wedding Chapel and Event Center will coordinate with client in order to reschedule or cancel at no additional charge to the client.

Overtime
Additional unplanned and/or un-contracted services are considered overtime and will be billed with prior notification and consent at the rate of $100 per hour.

Damage or Loss of Decor
Client agrees to exercise all due care in caring for and preserving the property of Solid Rock Wedding Chapel and Event Center. Client shall remain responsible for loss, stolen, or damage property of the venue. A damage fee of $350 will be required upon booking your event. The damage fee is refundable provided that there is no damage or loss of equipment. Damage such as, but not limited to, burning, ripping, breaking, staining, theft, etc will be subject to a replacement fee and/or possible forfeiture of Damage and Loss deposit. We will take inventory and if there are no incidentals, we will return your damage fee of $350.

Payment Schedule and Method
For your convenience payments can be made via CashApp at $hhp123 or online via Square on our website or in person. Remaining balance is due one month prior to your event. Client has the option to pay the full balance at any time months before your event.

Photo Release
Solid Rock Wedding Chapel and Event Center has the right and permission to use photographs and/or video taken on event date for publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

The undersigned have read this contract, understand its terms and agree to be bond thereby. Any additions, deletions, or revisions must be made in writing and approved by all responsible parties.
