My coaching is heavily 1-1 to ensure you receive what you need for a sustainable program, not just ordering you around telling you to do more sit-ups :) Many of my clients tell me it is a once-in-a-lifetime investment because after working with me, you should never need another coach or program. But, I also operate from an "ALL IN YES" in my life, and everything else is a no.
