PRICING

$950.00

~Elite, Miss, Teen, & Junior Teen~

This amount includes makeup AND hair styling for check in, and all areas of competition (interview, optional competitions and evening gown) as well as touch ups throughout the day as needed.

$650.00

~Princess, Junior Pre Teen, & Pre Teen~

This amount includes Hair styling for check in, and all areas of competition (interview, optional competitions, and evening gown) as well as touch ups throughout the day as needed.

Payment due in FULL on or by: May 1st, 2026 by midnight

*late payments are subject to $100 late fee*

DEPOSITS

A deposit amount of $350 is due upon completion of this contract to reserve contestant's spot. All payments are made via PayPal and or Venmo; see instructions below. After deposit is paid, remaining balance will be due ONE MONTH prior to the pageant. Any payments made after the deadline MUST include a late fee of $100. Balance remaining reminders will be sent out prior to the deadline.

When sending money via PayPal, In the notes section, please include the name of the contestant. Also, please be sure the appropriate amount is sent. In the event that payment is not sent correctly, you will recieve an invoice for additional fees.

SPA RULES

~ Please leave pageant drama at the door. There will be times when there are multiple contestants in the hair and makeup room at the same time, and we will not tolerate any bullying whatsoever. We want to keep things fun, upbeat, and positive for everyone.
~ As many of you know, hair/makeup for pageants begins early in the morning. We don’t like waking you up any earlier than we must, and we will do our best to accommodate everyone so that sleep is a priority. Please arrive only 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Daily schedules will be given out no later than 9 pm the night before, as things can change at the last minute.
~ Please do not be late. To ensure the schedule runs smoothly, contestants must be on time. Excessive tardiness will throw off the entire schedule, and rushing another contestant for your tardiness is simply not fair. In this event, contestants will be asked to come back later.
~ Parents/Guardians, we ask that you please drop off the contestant or kindly wait in the hallway to avoid overcrowding a small space. This ensures the atmosphere remains calm and fun for everyone.
~ It is VERY important that the contestant arrives at their appointment with CLEAN and COMPLETELY DRY hair for the first appointment with us. For contestants competing on more than one day, please do not wash your hair unless we have instructed you to do so.
~ Please arrive with a clean and exfoliated face prior to your appointment time each day.
~ Lashes will be provided; however, if you have a favorite pair, please bring them to your appointment time. With that being said, the final decision is up to your artist.
