ICEWORLD COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN ICE SKATING RULES

FACE MASKS MANDATORY FOR 12 YEARS OLD AND OVER
- Sessions are limited to 250 people per session (subject to change).
- Register and pay online to book your place/s in the session.
- NO ONLINE PRE-BOOKING means you are not guaranteed of entry.
- Every person entering the rink will be required to pay (except in circumstances as per “IMPORTANT NOTICE” below).
- The Coffee Shop will be open.
- Please adhere to social distancing rules off the ice.
- You must follow directions from the Iceworld Staff at all times or risk being removed from the facility.
- NO CASH / Preferred method of payment EFTPOS for rink purchases.
- Please print your receipt or have the copy available on your phone.
- Aim to be at the rink 15 minutes before the session start time.
- Personal registration info kept securely for 56 days (as per Covid-19 government safety regulations) and then destroyed.
- NO REFUNDS / NON-TRANSFERRABLE
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Supervisors of children and family groups attending ICEWORLD who are not ice skating are allowed complimentary access at the Iceworld Session Managers discretion. This is to be approved upon checking in at the door. Online bookings for skaters remain essential and any supervisor receiving complimentary access to the rink will be required to record their details as per our Covid-19 safety plan. ICEWORLD reserves the right not to grant complimentary access to the rink at any time should it be deemed the individual is not there for the sole reason of supervising their family/group.
