At 94, Dolores works as a full time volunteer for the Dolores Huerta Foundation. She typically receives speaking fees between $20,000 and $50,000, with more than 95% of the proceeds going to fund the vital community organizing efforts of the Dolores Huerta Foundation.

Please note that the ranges given are only a guide. We are willing to work with you and your budget. Participation is determined on a case by case basis.
