Please state in your reply to this question how long you have known the Candidate, how well you know the Candidate and how often you have met. Please note the Candidate must be well known to you as their supporter and you must be confident they will make a committed Vintner, if their application is successful, and that they are in a positon to engage on a regular basis. If this is not the case, it may be better to defer or that they are advised to consider an alternate method of entry. Consult with the Membership Secretary if necessary.
Candidate attendance at Vintner events*
Redemption regulations require that the candidate attends at least one Vintners' Company event in the 12 month period preceding Membership Committee review of the application. Membership Committee will review completed applications at their September meeting each year. The candidate should attend as a guest of the Proposer or one of the Seconders. Please list the event(s) the candidate has attended, or is expected to attend, over the 12 months preceding the September at which you expect the candidate application to be presented to Membership Committee. NOTE: ONLY completed applications will be presented to Membership Committee.
