Agreement between Host Susan Jenkins & Speaker/s

Please review the following agreement. Upon signing this document you, the expert, and host Susan Jenkins and The Inner Illumination Summit Season 6 - May 3rd - May 17th, 2021 are in agreement to the following terms as outlined below:

General Terms: 

• You agree to contribute as an expert and be interviewed by Susan Jenkins for The Inner Illumination Summit, airing May 3rd - May 17th, 2021.

• You agree to participate in a 45 minute interview to be recorded by Susan, host for The Inner Illumination Summit.

• The Inner Illumination Summit agrees to provide the administrative coordination and production for this event including; conference call, lines, recording.

• For your convenience, Susan will provide you with a solo email draft and social media content to use in promoting the summit.

 Compensation:

• You agree to participate in the summit, at no charge, and will not request compensation at any point in the future from Susan or The Inner Illumination Summit.
  
  

• You agree to make no attempt to sell anything during the interview. You may talk about your work and offer a Free Gift or Gifts link to direct listeners to your website and work. Anything sold after that point is yours.
  
  
• We will also be selling a Summit Upgrade Package that will include all the interviews, speaker Free Gift Links, and extra bonuses. We will carefully track the Upgrade Package sales, and split the proceeds 50/50 with you from any sales generated through your link.
  
  

Intellectual Property:

• Susan Jenkins and The Inner Illumination Summit have ownership of the recording and transcript of your interview.  

• Susan Jenkins and The Inner Illumination Summit may repurpose, resell, and reuse your recording until further notice, without compensation to you.

• You will be provided with a recording of your interview and are welcome to repurpose, resell and reuse your expert interview recording indefinitely, without compensation to Susan Jenkins and The Inner Illumination Summit.

• We do request that you indicate Susan Jenkins as the host/ interviewer for The Inner Illumination Summit.

Marketing Commitment:

• You agree to notify your full email database through 1 solo email to be mailed to your data base, plus an additional 2nd email broadcast to be sent only to the “unopened” names from your 1st solo broadcast.
  
  Please send your solo emails between April 19th - May 1st, 2021
  We will provide content for your solo email and your unique affiliate link.

• You also agree to include an announcement for The Inner Illumination Summit in your newsletter, if you have one being published within the time frame of the summit.

• You also agree to promote and announce The Inner Illumination Summit on all your social media platforms prior to the summit start date of May 3rd, and again just before your interview airing date. We will inform you of the date your interview will be aired. 

• For your convenience, we’ll create and send you a solo email draft and social media promotional content, which will be easily accessible on the Speaker Promo Page.

• If you’re unable to make the marketing commitment, please contact us right away.

 

The signatures on this agreement indicate full compliance with the requirements, terms, and promises stated above.
