  • Deposit & Payment Information

  • We charge a non-refundable booking fee of 20% upon sign up. Your final payment, number of participants, and medical waivers will be required 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival. We will not be able to make accomodations for food allergies if they are not turned in by this date. There is a $3 upcharge for anyone with a dairy or gluten in order to help cover the cost of food. Also, if you add any people to your original number after this date, there will be a late fee of $5/person added to your total. You will be financially responsible for the full number of people recorded. Medical waivers are required 2 weeks in advance to ensure we are equipped to serve everyone adequately. Once we get all the details of your trip confirmed, you will receive an invoice from us regarding your event. Payments can be made by check or on our website.
