We charge a non-refundable booking fee of 20% upon sign up. Your final payment, number of participants, and medical waivers will be required 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival, after this date, you may not change the number of participants in your group. You will be financially responsible for the full number of people recorded. Medical waivers are required 2 weeks in advance to ensure we are equipped to serve everyone adequately. Once we get all the details of your trip ironed out you will receive an invoice from us regarding your event. We will send you an invoice upon event confirmation. Payments can be made by check or on our website.
