Upon completion, the Certificate of Occupancy will be emailed to you. 3.For mobile homes and sheds, tie down are required and inspected. 4.Roof permit require inspection for code compliance. 5.New mobile home permit application shall include construction documents to prove code compiance. 6.Mobile home permit applications shall include digital copy of title.

While the City of Patterson makes every effort to review plans and inspect construction to ensure total code compliance, the City makes no warranties and guarantees against any violations that may have been mi ssed during the review process. Owners are NOT relieved of legal responsibility by virtue of the permitting and inspection process.

Wind Speed Requirements: Patterson lies within the 120 to 130 M.P.H. wind zone, with the lowest delineation of any address in Patterson being 122 M.P.H. All construction materials and installation techniques must comply with R301.2.1.2 of the 2015 International Residential Code relative to wind-born debris protection construction methods. All glazing (windows), roof construction, foundations, framing, and materials have special requirements for this designated 130 m.p.h. wind zone.
