This sign-in sheet is used to determine attendance at the pre-bid conference/meeting.  Attendance is suggested for the entire duration of the pre-bid conference/meeting.  All Bidders must be present and signed in prior to the start of a mandatory pre-bid conference/meeting.  Bidders arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to the mandatory pre-bid conference/meeting and will not be allowed to submit a bid proposal.  If a bidder is up to 10 minutes late and does not sign in, he/she cannot submit a bid proposal for the said project.  Phone-In for this pre-bid conference is allowed.
