The (Client) agrees to enter into the following agreement with Creative Sol Photography for photography services.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay the photographer a Deposit, listed above, at the time of booking to secure the appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable fee that goes toward the session total. The balance is due 12 hours before day of the session. The session total covers the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of the images as determined by the photographer, and digital images (amount depending on session) to be delivered through the online gallery. Photographer and Client agree that Photographer is no obligation to capture any specific moment, pose, or person(s) during shoot)
LOCATION COSTS
The Photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. It's up to the client to pay for any location fees if applicable.
RESCHEDULING
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, the Client may do a one time reschedule for their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should the Client fail to give a 24 hour notice, or wishes to cancel the photography session, the Deposit stated above shall be retained by the Photographer. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. If Photographer for any reason has to cancel and is unable to reschedule Client agrees to indemnify Photographer for any losses or liability; however, Photographer will refunded Client in full all payment(s) made by Client in relation to this shoot. The Photographer will only wait 15 minutes past the session time if the Client is late. The Photographer retains the right to reschedule the session if the Client is past that 15 minute time limit.
RE-SHOOTS
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the Photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.
GALLERIES
Galleries of Client's images will be available within 15 business days after the session date unless told otherwise. Online Galleries are available for 2 months to give enough time to display, share, and download the digital files. If client has any questions about how to download please send an email.
*Important notice: Downloading/Saving images to a phone or smaller device will save images at a low resolution, keep in mind when it comes to printing the lower the resolution the more pixelated the image will appear on prints.
ORDERING
The Photographer recommends MPix.com, Millerslab.com and Shutterfly for printing and products. Chain stores such as Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Target, SAMS, etc do not calibrate their printers resulting in the possibility of poor quality images. For more information please contact the Photographer.
LIABILITY
The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client will be responsible for themselves and their children, and releases the Photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
COPYRIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
The Photographer retains all copyrights to all images created during the Client's session. A print release may be given with digital files to print for personal use. The Photographer will not release any RAW image files.
EDITING
The Client understands and agrees that no additional editing may be done to the images by anyone other than the Photographer. This includes adding filters from social media websites and apps, screenshots (alters the image quality), and any further adjustments not done by the Photographer.
SOCIAL MEDIA
If the Client is unsatisfied with the final delivery of the images they are to contact the Photographer privately. The Client understands that they are not to post to social media in any way slandering Sol Lucero or Creative Sol Photography. This does not include reviews but is preferred that you contact Photographer first with any concerns.
