Welcome to the Ivinson Memorial Hospital Procedure Pricing Tool.
Preparing for surgery or any procedure can be intimidating and scary. This tool will provide estimated pricing for our most commonly needed surgeries and procedures.
The estimates for surgeries and procedures are based on the average routine and usual charges for services. Individual medical conditions, and medical needs, as determined by your physician will impact the actual charges and may increase or decrease the estimate. If you have insurance, your benefits will ultimately determine the amount you owe (including deductible, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximums). Not all services are covered by insurance companies.
Additional factors that will impact the actual cost of your visit, include:
- The length of time spent in surgery or recovery.
- The number of days spent in the hospital.
- Specific equipment used.
- Supplies and medications required.
- Additional tests required by your physician.
- Specific surgery with CPT codes (many variables).
- And/or any unusual special care, unexpected conditions or complications.
- Physician charges (e.g. office visit, surgeon, emergency room, radiologist, pathologist, consulting physicians, etc.).
- Tissue examined by an outside lab is billed separately.
For an actual estimate of what your expense will be after your insurance pays for your upcoming surgery or procedure, we suggest contacting our Patient Financial Services team at (307) 755-4380.
