This year's event will be happening at the National Infantry Museum on Saturday, May 20, 2023. This is an outdoor event from 9 am-1 pm. Sign up now for $25 until May 15 or for $30 the day of the event. APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 15, 2022. Inclement weather changes will be posted on Facebook. Box 53592, Fort Moore, Georgia 31995 For the purposes of this document the Fort Moore Sergeant Major Association will be referred to from this point forward as the “Association” also the Annual Armed Forced Day Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show will be referred to from this point forward as the “Show”. LIABILITY RELEASE: I, for myself, waive any and all rights to sue or make any claim against the Association and any or all affiliated Sponsors, Staff, and or Employees of my negligence. PUBLICITY, ADVERTISING: I, as owner/vendor, agree to permit the release of parties, the right to the Association to use my names and pictures of such persons, and entered exhibits, displays, and or cars, Truck & Motorcycles, and persons for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes, in any format including newspaper, magazines, radio, television, videos, and the internet before, during, and after the Show, and relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos, video taken in connection with the Show, and give permission to publish, sell, or otherwise dispose of said materials, understanding and consenting that all publicity, advertising, and commercial rights are reserved by the Association. I grant the Association the right to use and or provide my name and address to others so I may receive by direct mail future promotional materials and or promotional materials for future Show events of the Association. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT: The Association reserves the right to accept or refuse any application for the Show. The Lead Show Judge reserves the right to prohibit entry, remove, or disqualify any Vehicle Display or any owner/vendor at the Show, that does not abide by the rules and regulations, or in the Association’s opinion, the entry is deemed not show worth and or inappropriate, or detracts from the integrity or is not in the best interest of the Association or the Show. Owner and Vendor entries removed from the Show under these circumstances will not be eligible for Trophies, Cash Awards, or other premiums and may result in forfeiture of entry fees and or denial of future applications for the Show. Owners/vendors are expected to keep their Cars, Trucks, and Motorcycles uncovered and displays intact during Show hours. Any dispute over the application or interpretation of rules will be solely determined by the Association and/or Lead Show Judge and their decision will be final. All registration, classing, judging, award, and ballot count forms are the property of the Association, Show Judges, and Support Staff. PRINTING MY NAME AND DATE BELOW, CERTIFIES THAT I HAVE READ THE ABOVE LIABILITY RELEASE AND MY TOTAL UNDERSTANDING, AGREEMENT, AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT.
