• Saskatoon Housing Initiatives Partnership

    General Confidential Housing Form
  • Welcome!

Saskatoon Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) values your opinion and input regarding your experience of accessing services and housing supports in Saskatoon. Your input is valuable to SHIP and project partners as we plan how services can be better coordinated to improve access for everyone.

    What happens with your input?

This is a confidential survey that will take about 5-20 minutes to complete depending on how many sections you choose.

Your anonymous input will be analyzed to help SHIP and community partners answer important questions to guide the design of our coordination system for housing and related services. Your input will help us explore the following:

    ●      What are experiences of accessing housing and other services in Saskatoon?

    ●      What are common barriers to accessing housing?

    ●      What are common themes of students and youth accessing services, and specifically, housing?

By completing and submitting the responses to the survey you are consenting to be part of this research. If you do not want to participate at any time you can simply close the survey and not submit. Participation is completely voluntary and you can quit at any time.

Reminder that the closing date for the survey is April 8, 2021. Please forward this on to others who may be interested!
