Embassy Suites Camps- Overnight, $200.00 deposit per person is required and guarantees your bed and space in camp. If hotel rooms do become full, your school may be asked to attend camp as a commuter.

Commuting, $100.00 deposit is required.

Hotel Rooming

Male coaches must bring a female chaperone to stay in the hotel with the team.

Female coaches: if you bring more than two male athletes to camp,you must bring male chaperone to stay in the hotel with the team.

All males must be roomed separately from females.

Adults and athletes cannot be roomed together unless parent and child.

Residents will be housed up to 4 per room and billed accordingly.

(You will be required to complete a room assignment form with every person attending camp listed by name by each camp's due date.)
