    Upcoming planning and project design requires the input of your organization. SHIP is seeking information regarding organizational structure within the community to inform strategies for Inclusion and Diversity and Indigenous Engagement.

    The following questions will be used to inform a baseline understanding of representation amongst community-based organizations. No organizations will be identified or shared in the findings.

  • 1) The organization I am responding on behalf of is:*
  • Do you have self-identified First Nations, Metis, or Inuit Peoples board member representation?*
  • 3) Do you have newcomer board representation? (For the purpose of this question, a newcomer is defined as an individual who has come to Canada within the last 5 years)*
  • 4) Do you have board representation of people with lived experience of homelessness?*
  • 5) Do you have board representation of people who identify as LGTBQ2S+?*
  • 6) Do you have board representation of individuals who self- identify as a person of colour? (Non- First Nations, Metis, or Inuit Peoples, (see question 1)*
  • We respect the confidentiality and privacy of all staff and those working in social services and therefore understand if some of the following information is not collected or known. This information will form a baseline understanding of the organizational infrastructure at this time.

  • The Coordinated Access project in Saskatoon will continue over the coming months to develop a common process and system for individuals and families to access housing and homelessness services.

    As people experiencing homelessness access services across sectors and organizations, the Coordinated Access project team is seeking information to inform the current state of coordination and integration in the social services ecosystem.
