Disclosures to be Reviewed

In an effort to keep everyone contractually compliant, we ask that you submit any completed disclosures here to be reviewed.

Disclosures will be reviewed by the listings team and we will respond within one business day with any questions/changes/updates that need to be made to the disclosures.

It is then the responsibility of you, the agent, to find out the answers to those questions/missing items.

Once you have the answers from the seller, you can request assistance on making any of those changes in DocuSign.

If there are no edits to be made, or when the edits are complete, we will let you know and add the appropriate disclosure cover page to the document before adding it to Salesforce.
