Logo Usage Agreement Form
The International Board of Specialty Certification (IBSC) grants permission to use the BCCTPC, CP-C, CCP-C, FP-C, TP-C, TP-C, DICO-C, MSTP-C, and the IBSC registered logos within the following publications (i.e. brochures, posters, advertisements, etc. here):
Publication(s) Use (i.e. list brochures, posters, advertisements, etc.)
Public Display Use (i.e. ambulances, uniforms, signage, website, etc)
Use of the logos must be truthful and not misleading. You may not use the logos to imply any relationship with, or endorsement or sponsorship by, the IBSC that is not true. The logos may not be altered in any way.

The IBSC reserves the right, at any time and without cause, to withdraw any permission granted in this permission to use the logo.
