Need to make a payment on a booking? You can now request us to call you to submit payments for Journese bookings to these destinations: Hawaii, Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and Continental USA. Callbacks will be made Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm PST and Saturday from 7:00am – 4:00pm PST. All requests submitted after hours or on Sunday will be addressed on the next business day. Please note that callback agents can only assist with payments for air-inclusive and land bookings, and will not be able to accept payments for cruise bookings, change or cancel existing bookings or accept new booking requests. Travel Protection plans can be added or removed by the payment desk prior to deposit.
